Therefore, we are pleased to offer a new 5-year warranty that provides an extra level of assurance, allowing you to enjoy your investment with complete peace of mind and many years of trouble-free ownership.

Exclusions & Limitations

Our 5 years warranty ensures that you can fully maximize the benefits of your purchased products, giving you the confidence that our products will endure for a long time. We want to assure you that if you encounter any issues with our products, additionally we provide no-cost product replacement for the first three years from the date of delivery and a free repair service for the following two years, providing you with comprehensive coverage for a total of five years from the delivery date, you can trust that we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products.

This Warranty is contingent upon proper warehousing, shipment and substantiated normal use of the WatchNET Hardware. This warranty does not extend to instances where the model or serial number has been tampered with, defaced, or removed, nor does it cover defects that arise from any other causes.

  • Any changes or modifications made to the WatchNET Hardware by any entity other than WatchNET are not covered under this Warranty.
  • Inadequate maintenance, improper installation, or faulty repairs performed by any individual or entity other than WatchNET are not covered under this Warranty.
  • This Warranty does not apply to the utilization of the WatchNET Hardware for a function or task that it was not designed or intended for.
  • This Warranty does not cover the effects of natural wear and tear or gradual deterioration, OR.
  • This Warranty is not applicable to instances where the WatchNET Hardware has been mishandled, misused, subjected to abuse, neglected, or involved in an accident.
  • Warranty of the HDDs will be as per manufacturer
  • This Warranty is not applicable for the power supply unit & batteries

NOTE: 

This 5 year warranty is valid for purchases shipped from WatchNET to the original purchaser on or after 1 April 2023.
